Our mission is to expose engineering students to the business world and industries beyond traditional engineering pathways. As Queen’s University’s oldest running student-led conference, we aim to connect students with top employers and broaden their view of what’s possible.
We bring together ambitious students and accomplished industry professionals for a day of professional development, networking, and career exploration. Through keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and meaningful conversations with industry leaders, delegates gain valuable insight into the diverse career paths available to engineers while building the skills, confidence, and connections that support their future success.
